David Thompson Returns
James St Cooking School is proud to present the return of the world authority on Thai Food, David Thompson.
David will be conducting two hands on classes using recipes from Nahm Restaurant in Bangkok Thailand. These classes are themed on Thai Street Food.
David will also be hosting a traditional long table Thai banquet dinner inclusive of matched wines, prepared by himself and his team.
David’s classes are not suitable for the beginner or the faint hearted. They provide a challenge for the average home cook, but the extra effort is well worth the reward. For those of you who don’t feel they fit into this category, then the long table dinner is perfect for you.

We use the best produce and equipment and combine them with the skills of professional chefs who teach you the tricks of the trade, so you have a practical and enjoyable experience. After class, you sit down and dine on the fruits of your labour with lunch or dinner accompanied by matched wine.
Our purpose built kitchen is geared for both traditional demonstrations and hands-on practical classes.
Catering in your own home or business is available with our professional team of chefs and wait staff.
