At James St Cooking School, our professional chefs guide and inspire you to reach your culinary potential. We provide hands-on practical as well as demonstration classes. For private individuals, our schedule will give you all the details of what, where and when the classes will be held.
We use the best produce and equipment and combine them with the skills of professional chefs who teach you the tricks of the trade, so you have a practical and enjoyable experience. After class, you sit down and dine on the fruits of your labour with lunch or dinner accompanied by matched wine.
Our purpose built kitchen is geared for both traditional demonstrations and hands-on practical classes.

We have a 10 year history of being Brisbane’s first hands on Cooking School, being involved with the Great South East, The Great Outdoors, Channel Ten News, The Courier Mail and many more. It’s time to celebrate!!!
