CANAPE PACKAGE 

 

(minimum 30 people)

 

·         Thai fishcakes (warm)

·         Lemongrass and lime chicken salad in a crisp cup (cold)

·         Avocado, lime, prawn and coriander salsa in a crisp cup (cold)

·         Baby beef, shiraz and mushroom pie (warm)

·         Quiche of bacon, cheese and chives (warm)

·         Fillet satay with peanut sauce (warm)

·         Vine ripened tomato and white truffle oil salsa (cold) (V)

 

1.5 pieces of each per person (315 pieces for 30 people)

1 - 2 hours of food service

(V) = Vegetarian

 

PREMIUM CANAPE PACKAGE

 

(minimum 30 people)

 

  • Prawn and chicken spring rolls (warm)
  • Vietnamese rice paper rolls (cold) (V)
  • Duck and shallot pies (warm)
  • Crab, avocado, lime and coriander in a crisp cup (cold)
  • Quiche of smoked salmon and dill (warm)
  • Lamb, olive, red onion, rosemary and garlic skewers (warm)

1.5 pieces of each per person (360 pieces for 30 people)
