Vegetarian Main Option (V)

When a class has the letter V next to it, it either already has a vegetarian main option included, or given prior notice this class can provide a main dish option for vegetarians. If you would like to cook a vegetarian main, you must let us know at time of booking. Please be aware that you will be cooking as part of a group and may be required to handle meat and seafood.
