How many people participate in each class?

Each class has a maximum of 24 participants with groups of between 4 to 6 participants per group.

What is the format of a typical class?

Our hands on classes are structured with a brief demonstration about housekeeping, Health & Safety and the recipes.

You then break up into groups where you will create the dishes in small groups, and then dine on your creations with 2 glasses of matched wine at the end of the class.

Our demonstration classes are set as an informal classroom style where the chef will usuallydemonstrate 2 or 3 dishes over the course of the class, while the class observes, enjoys generous samples of the dishes with matched wine or beer and ask as many questions as they wish.

How many people are on each workstation?

We have 4 – 5 people on each workstation.

Where can I park?

A two hour parking limit applies in the James st Market carpark and the surrounding streets.

Parking in the evenings is generally available as the market closes at 7.00pm and there is nearby street parking.
