Gone are the days when we spend all day in a hot kitchen cooking a hot lunch for Christmas.

Spend an innovative lunch with the James St Cooking School Chefs, preparing and presenting a tropical feast with flavour and flair. This year you can spend more time enjoying your Christmas instead of cooking it! Last year's menu included , roasted turkey breast fillet stuffed with brie, cranberries and pistachios; Thai whole fish; salad of char grilled prawns & Thai herbs w/ a chilli & tamarind dressing; and warmed caramelised mango cheek served w/ pineapple & mint salsa and chocolate sauce.
