In an intimate culinary experience comprising just 20 people per class, the Brisbane Women's Club and James Street Cooking School present Queensland Week cooking classes with Celebrity Chef Alastair McLeod. Alastair will help guests create mouth-watering dishes using the best of Queensland’s fresh produce.
During this exclusive cooking class, Alastair will provide hands-on instructions and tips for making the perfect meal. Guests will have the opportunity to eat their culinary delights after the cooking class, with specially matched Queensland wines from Symphony Hill and a fabulous goodie bag to take home.
